Manu’s educational, personal, and cultural interests have led him to develop expertise in a variety of fields in both Europe and the United States, and stretch from architecture and construction to wholesale importing and distribution to elite sports. He brings enthusiasm, dynamism, and an active hands-on style to the organizations and companies with which he is involved.

Manu has strong interest in all sports, with soccer being his first and strongest passion. He has played and coached internationally at both the professional and Division 1 — NCAA levels, and remains active through youth athletic and educational development.
Manu is an avid downhill skier, loves to mountain hike, and is a passionate lower than average golfer. His lifestyle is a conscious professional, social, and recreational blend.

Rob has 35+ years of operational and managerial experience chiefly in the fields of architecture and real estate development. Professionally, Rob thrives in entrepreneurial ventures and team-oriented workplaces, and he strives for excellence in long-lasting, meaningful projects and client relationships.

Personally, Rob enjoys his family, friends, and dog. As a former collegiate athlete, he remains active by golfing, hiking, paddle-boarding, mountain-biking, and skiing. He stays grounded through yoga and meditation, as well as coaching youth on their wellbeing.

Tim DIETZ, Ph.D.

Tim Dietz has spent the past 30+ years applying his organic chemistry expertise to material and polymer science and the development of healthcare, aerospace, and industrial related products. Tim is the co-inventor of 22 United States patents, and he has co-authored numerous publications and presentations in a variety of scientific journals and societies. Tim is a perpetual learner with endless curiosity.

Beyond work, and as a former collegiate athlete, he’s extremely passionate about athletics/sports, and he enjoys golfing, soccer, biking, basketball, hiking and working to advance youth sports.

Warren SPRING

Warren has 40+ years of construction and project management experience in both Australia and the United States. Professionally, he enjoys working directly with contractors as well as end clients to ensure that the expectations and roles of both are understood, and that projects are completed to specification.

Warren has extensive involvement in soccer. He has played for over 36 years, including 12 years in the Premier division in Australia, and he has coached youth competitive teams for over 10 years. Warren has an Advanced Regional Diploma from the NSCAA, and has been named Colorado Competitive Coach of the Year.

Outside of work, Warren enjoys family, his dogs, mountain-biking, CrossFit, and coaching youth competitive soccer.
